Returns & Refund Policy

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition

• With all tags attached

• Free from perfumes, makeup, stains or damage

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or altered.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have sent the wrong item.

Once you return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
